Assemble the purse using vintage fabric following pattern instructions (make sure the rulers and the purse opening are the same measurement) 2. Drill small holes every 1/2" on the lower portion of both rulers / drill large holes at 1.5" and 10.5" in the middle of the ruler 3. Hand stitch the purse opening to the small drilled holes using multiple threads of (match the fabric) colored floss 4. make 2 fabric covered handles with .25" cording 5.
